Turkish authorities are investigating people who have claimed failed coup to oust President Recep Tayyip Erdogan was hoax. Justice Minister Bekir Bozdag said anyone who suggests attempted coup was staged was probably involved in it themselves and would face investigation. "Most of them are losers."
