IKEA builds affordable housing for staff in Reykjavik, Iceland after rents skyrocket in recent years. Thirty-six apartments will be available by next summer, with the lowest rent set at $889, "a lot less than people pay for a dump here and there in town" says IKEA's Icelandic CEO.
